How to Have A Chill Out Evening


Hey, so although for most people spend Friday nights partying and staying up all night but I like to have a chill out evening relaxing and getting plenty of sleep, so here is a few tips for your relaxation:

-Have a bath to start your relaxation process, to make it better you can add some bath salts or a bubble bar or a bath bomb, we all know that the best ones come from lush, also they smell amazing and have specific thinks that help you in specific way.

-Use a facemask, not only is this really fun (although it can get quite messy) but I is quite relaxing and it can be really good for your skin and there is nothing better than having great skin right? Whether from a packet or a bottle, they are all great.

-Another great way to relax and feel a bit better is to lie down on the sofa with a blanket watching a feel good movie or a chick flick to make you laugh and maybe even cry a little.

-Drink a hot chocolate, this is not only a great way to warm you up inside especially in the winter, and I always find that it helps me feel a lot more at home.

-After all the relaxation methods, it would be really good to read a few chapter and try to get a good night sleep, this will leave you so relaxed for Saturday and will help you be well rested to be a little happier to get up on Monday morning.
